Tour Summary

The daily afternoon dive boards at 1:00pm and is a two tank trip. The Pheonix, Key West's most comfortable diving vessel, takes you approx. 7 miles south to our reef. Here you will enjoy both dives on Key West's living Coral Reef with depths ranging from 15 to 40 feet. Our vessel has fresh two large dive platforms to make entering the ocean a breeze. After each dive relax with a fresh water rinse or take a breather on our upper deck. This trip is aslo perfect for families with divers and snorkelers due to the varying depths. Our dive in a day program uses this afternoon dive so the rest of the party can go along to dive, snorkel, or bubble watch.

Yes. There is a restroom or "Marine Head" for use on the boat.

What about sharks and other sea creatures?
With all the media hype it's understandable why people offten ask this question but the truth is that unprovoked shark attacks are very, very rare and attacks on scuba divers are even more rare. Our staff, divers and dive masters are all trained in making sure your dive is safe and enjoyable.

During the winter months, most divers opt to wear a wetsuit. We do have wetsuits of different sizes available for rent at the shop. If you have your own, you are welcome to bring it. During spring and fall months, wetsuits are not required but can be used if that is your preference. During the summer months, the water is usually very warm - wet suits are not recommended for the summer, but most divers to choose to wear a long-sleeve shirt or a rashguard.

What type of tanks do you use?

Thanks to the professional guides! I was a bit worried about kayaking because I had never done it before, but the instructions were great and I had such a good time!
